Excellent location, a 10-15 minute walk from an Art Deco skyscraper.

Had an amazing stay for a business trip, everything was modern. Location: the hotel was just next door to 5th avenue, the pub for beer and Banofee pie and the grand central cafes. Spent a nice evening at Zuma, located next to the venue.

It had great and decent location very close to New York Public Library. The hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport. Everything was very good, large room with terrace.

Had marvellous and easy location to main sights in Manhattan, next to Helmsley Building. Not far from a pub downstairs and a "Pret a Manger" restaurant at the end of the block, and public transport. The rooms - brand-new, functional with a coffee machine, even an umbrella and balcony. A wide range of fine options for meal.

The place was gorgeous and had amazingly nice staff on the reception desk, truly enjoyed the stay. The unit we got was large and soundproof with even an umbrella as well as the bedroom. The location was magnificent, not very far from Times Square.

The room had not so nice views.

No complains at all, overall it’s exceptionally comfortable place with consistently courteous staff on the reception desk. The location is great and easy, as the hotel is based to most tourists spots.

Really enjoyed staying at the deluxe queen room with wonderful bathroom, bath, as example. The location was very central, fantastic very close to grand central station.

Very nice experience there. The hotel with modern rooms, in a pretty quiet area, so close to everything. Marvellous location just a pleasant stroll away from Herald Square. Early check in and late check out. Everything modern.

Spotlessly clean place & attentive and caring staff from the front desk to the bellman to the maids. Very central location, good base for discovering New York. Quite close to the airport, 15 km, perfect for an early flight.

Great location close enough to transport, department stores, restaurants, bars -fabulous, subway and Grand Central Station and a "Pret a Manger" restaurant at the end of the block, could not be better. For tea or coffee visit Pershing Square nearby.

Our stay at The William was fantastic. We stayed in the queen suite for a few nights and enjoyed the spaciousness and the beautiful terrace. The room was modern, clean, and had stylish patio furniture. The in-room espresso machine was a great touch. The staff, including Raphael, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The little extras like the cappuccino machine, robes, and flip-flops were delightful. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. This stylish venue has a very modern design and brand-new rooms. The location is incredible, 10 minutes' walk to Times Square. What's more, it's in a relatively quiet area near to subways, department stores and the airport on time.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe a wider variety of options would be nice.
